For us to provide the accurate translation to meet your satisfaction, please provide the necessary reference menu, instruction booklet, the Chinese names of the company, person in charge and some technical terms. |

Please inform us in advance of your preferred typeface, form and typesetting. |

We shall translate according to the original manuscript which will be handed to us during the signing of the contract. |

| i) |
f your firm intends to modify any of the contents while the translation job is being carried out, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can arrange our work schedule in time. |
| ii) |
If we receive your notice to reduce the quantity of the pages when the job has been done, we shall not refund the sum paid. Alternatively, we shall refund payment for the portion of the job not completed yet. |
| iii) |
If your firm intends to terminate the translation while the job is being carried out, we shall only charge for the portion of translation that has been completed. |
| iv) |
If the work load increases because of a revision to the original manuscript, we shall also revise our date of completion and charges accordingly. |

| 4) |
Your firm should pay 50% of the contract sum while signing the contract. The balance should be settled in full after your company has received the translations and found it to be correct. |
| 5) |
Our company is only responsible for the accuracy of the translations to the original manuscript. Our company does not bear any legal responsibilities towards the source, the contents and the usage of the manuscript. We are also not responsible for the direct and indirect effects that result from the usage of the translated script. |
| 6) |
We shall keep the confidentiality of your original manuscript and the translated script. If you have any special requests on the issue of confidentiality, we shall take the necessary precautions to meet your requirement. |
| 7) |
If your firm regards the translation as having major errors or does not understand the content, please inform us within 10 days after receiving the translated script. Otherwise, we shall assume that you have accepted it. |
